At VerdeLux Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused
• be in its original condition
• be in its original packaging
• not be damaged or altered in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• opened or used cosmetic products
• skincare products that have been opened
• personal care items that have been used
• gift cards
• sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved before being sent.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the item arrived damaged
• the item is defective
• the wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

• original shipping fees are generally non-refundable
• refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• opened cosmetics
• opened skincare products
• used beauty tools
• personal care products once opened
• gift cards
• final sale items
